Christina Hanson is a certified family nurse practitioner at South Denver Gastroenterology in Denver, Colorado, where she has worked for over a decade. She earned her BSN from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN, graduating cum laude, and her MSN from Regis University with honors. Christina has extensive experience in gastroenterology, having worked at Swedish Medical Center in inpatient care.

She is a Board Member for Gastroenterology & Hepatology Advanced Practice Providers and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, American Gastroenterology Association, American College of Gastroenterology, and the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases. Christina has a particular interest in chronic liver diseases and clinical research. Outside work, she enjoys outdoor activities in Colorado with her husband and two daughters.
